Role Overview
You will:
✔️ Provide comprehensive primary care to adult patients
✔️ Diagnose and manage acute & chronic conditions
✔️ Deliver preventive care and health screenings
✔️ Participate in on-call coverage and rounding (as needed)
✔️ Lead and support clinical staff and care teams

✅ MD/DO – Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
✅ Active Illinois medical license
