💰 Salary: $230,000–$250,000 + Relocation Assistance
We're seeking an experienced Associate Medical Director to join a mission-driven outpatient primary care organization in beautiful Honolulu, Hawaii. This leadership opportunity offers the perfect balance of patient care and administrative responsibilities in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
Position Highlights
- 60–80% Clinical | 20–40% Administrative
- Outpatient primary care setting
- Monday–Friday schedule
- Leadership and provider mentoring responsibilities
- Quality improvement and clinical operations oversight
- Strategic planning and provider performance management
- Collaborative, patient-centered practice
Qualifications
- MD or DO
- Board Certified/Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Minimum 5 years of primary care experience
- Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Active Hawaii medical license or eligibility to obtain one
- FQHC or Community Health experience is a plus
