Role Overview
You will:
✔️ Provide comprehensive outpatient care for adult patients
✔️ Diagnose and manage chronic medical conditions
✔️ Focus on preventive care & wellness counseling
✔️ Coordinate care with subspecialists
✔️ Ensure continuity through regular follow-ups
Key Responsibilities
- Manage conditions such as:

Ideal Candidate
✅ MD/DO – Board Certified/Eligible in Internal Medicine
✅ Active or eligible New York medical license
✅ Minimum 3 years of clinical experience
✅ Strong diagnostic and communication skills
