Regional Medical Director Emergency Medicine Opportunity | Multi Site Leadership | Coastal, Georgia

HCA Hospital Based Services is seeking a full time Regional Medical Director of Emergency Medicine to lead established emergency medicine programs across Memorial Health University Medical Center Fairview Park Hospital and Memorial Health Meadows Hospital in Georgia.

This is a senior leadership opportunity overseeing multiple emergency departments with a focus on clinical quality operational performance and physician engagement.

Position Overview

• Provide regional leadership across multiple emergency medicine programs
• Partner with hospital administration and physician leaders to drive quality and performance
• Oversee program development standardization and operational efficiency
• Support physician recruitment retention and engagement across sites
• Ensure adherence to clinical protocols quality metrics and best practices
• Foster a collaborative and high performing culture across all facilities

Candidate Requirements

• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Emergency Medicine
• Eligible for or holding an unrestricted Georgia medical license
• No history of license restrictions suspension or revocation
• Current or eligible for unrestricted DEA registration
• Prior leadership experience required
