A value-based primary care organization seeks a Primary Care Physician in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
THE ROLE
- Full-time outpatient primary care, adult/geriatric focus
- Value-based model: longer visits, coordinated teams, healthier patients
- Interdisciplinary support in a stable, growing clinic
- Your clinical judgment leads — not a productivity dashboard
SCHEDULE
Monday–Friday, daytime hours. No call, no weekends.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- $240K–$270K base plus performance bonus
- Health, dental, vision; 401(k) with match; 20 days PTO; CME allowance; malpractice covered
REQUIREMENTS
- BC/BE Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Oklahoma license (or eligible); DEA

Job Responsibilities
Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions
Perform routine check-ups, preventive care, and health screenings
Manage patient care plans and coordinate with specialists as needed
Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
Qualifications
Active or eligible Oklahoma medical license
Strong clinical and communication skills
