Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and treat adult patients with acute and chronic conditions
- Provide preventive care, screenings, and patient education
- Develop and manage long-term treatment plans
- Collaborate with care teams including NP/PAs and specialists
- Participate in on-call rotation as needed
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Ensure compliance with clinical and regulatory standards
- Support quality improvement and population health initiatives
Qualifications
- MD or DO required
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
- Active or eligible medical license
- DEA license required
- BLS & ACLS certification required
- Experience in outpatient or community health preferred

- Ability to manage diverse patient populations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Familiarity with EHR systems
