Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and treat adult patients with acute and chronic conditions
  • Provide preventive care, screenings, and patient education
  • Develop and manage long-term treatment plans
  • Collaborate with care teams including NP/PAs and specialists
  • Participate in on-call rotation as needed
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation
  • Ensure compliance with clinical and regulatory standards
  • Support quality improvement and population health initiatives

Qualifications

  • MD or DO required
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
  • Active or eligible medical license
  • DEA license required
  • BLS & ACLS certification required
  • Experience in outpatient or community health preferred

  • Ability to manage diverse patient populations
