• We are seeking a dedicated Internal Medicine Physician (MD/DO) to join a well-established outpatient practice in Long Island, NY.

Job Responsibilities
• Diagnose and manage chronic diseases including cardiovascular, endocrine, respiratory, and metabolic disorders.
• Provide preventive care services, health screenings, and lifestyle counseling.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor patient progress through follow-ups.
• Coordinate care with subspecialists to ensure continuity and quality of care.
• Educate patients on disease prevention and wellness strategies.
• Maintain accurate patient records using EMR/EHR systems.
Qualifications
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine.
• Minimum 3 years of clinical experience required.
• Active or eligible for New York State medical license.
• Strong clinical and diagnostic skills in adult medicine.
Working Hours
• 40 hours per week
