Job description • We are seeking a dedicated Internal Medicine Physician (MD/DO) to join a well-established outpatient practice in Long Island, NY.
• The physician will provide comprehensive primary and specialty care including consultation, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct outpatient consultations for adult patients with diverse medical conditions.
• Diagnose and manage chronic diseases including cardiovascular, endocrine, respiratory, and metabolic disorders.
• Provide preventive care services, health screenings, and lifestyle counseling.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor patient progress through follow-ups.
• Coordinate care with subspecialists to ensure continuity and quality of care.
• Educate patients on disease prevention and wellness strategies.
• Maintain accurate patient records using EMR/EHR systems.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine.
• Minimum 3 years of clinical experience required.
• Active or eligible for New York State medical license.
• Strong clinical and diagnostic skills in adult medicine.

Working Hours

• 8-hour shifts
• 40 hours per week
• Full-time and part-time options available
• In-person, outpatient only
