Primary Care Physician Opportunity – Outpatient Community Health
Location: Charlestown, NH - Brattleboro 35m

Position Overview
Seeking a Primary Care Physician to join a collaborative community health team serving patients in southern New Hampshire and nearby Vermont communities. This role focuses on providing comprehensive outpatient care in a patient-centered environment with integrated behavioral health services and strong care coordination support.
The position is ideal for physicians who value team-based care, evidence-based medicine, and developing long-term relationships with patients while managing a diverse and sometimes complex patient population.
Qualifications / Candidate Requirements
* MD or DO from an accredited medical school
* Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
* Completion of a 3-year residency training program
* Eligible for medical licensure in New Hampshire
* Strong clinical knowledge of common primary care conditions
* Excellent communication and patient engagement skills
* Commitment to evidence-based medicine and collaborative care
* J-1 and H-1B visa candidates welcome
