Healthcare United is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Internal Medicine Physician to join an established primary care practice in northern New York. This opportunity allows the physician to practice comprehensive adult medicine in a collaborative clinical environment. The physician will work alongside experienced providers delivering preventative care, chronic disease management, and coordinated care for adult patient populations.
Job Responsibilities
Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
Deliver preventative care and wellness services
Coordinate patient care with specialists and other healthcare professionals
Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
Participate in practice call schedule as required
Support patient-centered care and improve health outcomes
Qualifications
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
Eligible for medical licensure in the State of New York
