Internist – Outpatient Only Affordable Living

OurRegional Hospital is actively recruiting an Internist (Internal Medicine Physician Outpatient) to join our established, busy practice and patient base of collaborative providers. We are a 114-bed hospital providing a continuum of care covering all aspects of healthcare, from 24-hour emergency services to rehabilitative services on both an inpatient and an outpatient basis, a Level II-A neonatal nursery, as well as a 16-bed gero-psych unit. Our community is made up of the people we serve every day, and the people who serve them. It is those who come to us sick or injured, the friends and family who support them along the way, and our incredible staff who devote themselves fully to providing exceptional care.

About the position:

• Outpatient only
• Clinic Hours: 8am – 4:30pm
• General Schedule: 4 10-hour shifts/week – must include Mondays/Fridays (5 8's ok)
• Call: for your own panel; after-hours - generally home health
• No obstetrics
• Average # of patients seen per day (when ramped): 24-28
• Support staff: MA or LPN
• Practitioners: 3 physicians, 3NP’s; 1 Pulmonologist
• Hospitalist program for inpatient
• On-site services: lab, X-ray, ultrasound, bone density

Qualifications:

• BE/BC in Internal Medicine
• Ability to obtain a medical professional license in the State of TN and DEA with full prescriptive authority

• Compensation: Base salary range $240,000-$280,000 DOE + quarterly wRVU production incentive
