Job Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive Internal Medicine care for adult patients
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
• Develop and implement patient-centered treatment plans
• Collaborate with physicians, APPs, and care teams
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation
• Support quality care initiatives and preventive health strategies
Qualifications
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
• Completion of accredited Internal Medicine residency
• Active Colorado medical license or ability to obtain
• DEA certification required prior to start
• Strong commitment to patient-centered care
