Internal Medicine Opening – Marshall, Minnesota
Location: Marshall, MN

Setting: Outpatient Clinic Only
Seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Internal Medicine physician to join a multidisciplinary care team in Marshall, Minnesota. This opportunity offers an outpatient-only schedule with excellent work-life balance and a strong benefits package.
Position Highlights:
Outpatient clinic practice
Monday–Friday schedule
4.5 day work week
No call responsibilities
No weekends
Optional Hospitalist shifts available for additional compensation (not required)
Work with a collaborative multidisciplinary care team focused on high-quality patient care
Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, and ongoing care
Manage acute and chronic medical conditions
Perform appropriate procedures and preventive care
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes
Qualifications:
MD or DO
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
Eligible for Minnesota medical licensure
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary range: $300,000 – $350,000
Community Needs Loan or Sign-on bonus available
Retention bonus up to $15,000 per year in addition to salary
PTO: 36 days plus 6 holidays starting day one
CME allowance: $5,000 during the first year
Relocation assistance: $12,000
