Overview:
* 100% outpatient clinic-based practice
* Monday–Friday schedule (no weekends, no call)
* Option for 4.5-day work week
* Provide full-spectrum adult primary care
* Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team environment
* Strong focus on patient education, prevention, and chronic disease management
* Established clinic with supportive staff and efficient workflows
* Optional opportunity for additional hospitalist shifts (not required)

Comp/Benefits:
* Base salary range: ~$300,000–$350,000
* Retention bonus up to ~$15,000 annually
