Full-time; Permanent
Outpatient Primary Care
Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm
Overview:
* Seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician.
* Outpatient primary care practice in a rural community setting.
* Provide comprehensive care for patients of all ages (pediatrics through geriatrics).
* Manage acute and chronic conditions.
* Deliver preventive care including screenings, vaccinations, and health education.
* Coordinate care for complex cases and specialist referrals.
* Participate in community health initiatives and outreach.
* Utilize telemedicine and modern clinical technologies.
* Maintain accurate EHR documentation and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
* Provide urgent/emergency care for walk-in or acute needs as appropriate in a rural setting.

Requirements:
* MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
* Active North Carolina medical license (or eligibility).
* Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or related field.
* Strong clinical skills across a broad primary care scope.
* Comfortable practicing independently in a rural environment.
* Proficiency with EHR systems.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
