Job description We are seeking a full-time, Board Certified or Board Eligible Internal Medicine Physician to join a well-established Primary Care team in the growing, family-oriented community of Pueblo, CO. Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base Salary: $287,000 – $319,000 annually.

Job Responsibilities

-Provide outpatient primary care with 36 patient-facing hours per week.

-Collaborate within a care-team model supported by dedicated clinical MAs.

-Manage a patient empanelment with seamless access to a vast specialist network.

-Participate in a phone-only regional call rotation with minimal weekend coverage.

Qualifications

-MD or DO from an accredited program.

-Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine (Residents encouraged to apply).

-Active Colorado Medical License (or eligible to obtain).

-Active DEA and recent NPDB Self-Query Report (within 30 days) required prior to start.

Working Hours

-Full-Time, Monday – Friday.

-Standard daytime shifts.
