Overview

An established primary care practice in Pueblo, CO is seeking a Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible Internal Medicine Physician to join a collaborative, team-based environment. This opportunity offers strong specialty support and access to a large regional physician network.

Practice Highlights

36 patient-facing hours per week
• Collaborative care-team model with strong MA support
• Ability to empanel patients quickly
• Work alongside nearly 1,900 physicians across the system
• Regional phone-only call with minimal weekend coverage
• Supportive, collegial environment

Candidate Requirements

Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible in Internal Medicine – REQUIRED (must complete residency)
Colorado License (or willing to obtain) – REQUIRED
DEA (must obtain prior to start) – REQUIRED
Most recent NPDB Self-Query (within 30 days) – REQUIRED
• Clean malpractice – Highly Preferred
Visa Candidates – NOT ACCEPTED
Not open to Locum or Locum-to-Perm candidates
• Must confirm candidate has not applied directly

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: $287,000 – $319,000 annually
• Quality/Productivity Bonus potential
• Relocation package (if eligible)
