8-10 patients per day
30/60/90 min appointments
panel limited to 450 patients - focus on relational care
Dedicated nurse
Private office
two dedicated exam rooms
full clinical support (Health Coaching, referral coordinators, practice management, Athena support, etc.)
phlebotomists on premises, some IV therapy on premises
full back-office support (IT, HR, etc.)
courtesy hospital privileges, but no inpatient care
no physician extenders to supervise
4 ½ patient facing days each week
½ day administrative time each week

Primary Care Physician
Compensation: Starting at $225K per year
Job Type: Monday–Friday, outpatient only, on call rotation.
A well-established, physician-led concierge medical group is currently seeking a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to join its growing team in Greenville, SC.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality, relationship-based primary care in an outpatient setting
- See 8–10 patients per day
- Oversee care with a dedicated support team
- Share equal call responsibility
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including referral coordinators, nutritionists, mental health specialists, integrative medicine providers, and exercise physiology experts
- Ensure accurate documentation
- Foster long-term patient relationships by incorporating prevention, wellness, and patient education into every visit

Qualifications:
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Active and unrestricted SC medical license
- Minimum 5 years of primary care experience required
