Job Responsibilities
• Manage acute and chronic medical conditions
• Conduct preventive health visits and annual physicals
• Develop individualized treatment plans
• Coordinate specialty referrals when needed
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation
• Foster long-term patient relationships
Qualifications
• Active U.S. Medical License (State license required prior to start)
• 3–20 Years of Primary Care Experience
• Stateside U.S. Medical Graduate
