Schedule: Monday- Friday
Compensation: Starting $295,360 annually + $10,000 sign-on bonus + $100,000 partnership bonus (paid over 5 years)

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician (MD or DO) to join our growing practice. This is an opportunity for a physician passionate about providing high-quality care to diverse patient populations from pediatrics to geriatrics in an environment where patient relationships come first.

Our physicians see an average of 10 -15 patients per day ensuring thoughtful, thorough, and personalized care. In this role, you will also supervise physician assistants and collaborate closely with our care team to improve patient outcomes, particularly for underserved populations and patients without health insurance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide compassionate, evidence-based medical care to patients across the lifespan (pediatrics through geriatrics)

  • Conduct thorough examinations, diagnoses, and treatment plans within scheduled visit times

  • Manage a daily patient panel averaging 15 patients with 20+ minute appointment times

  • Supervise and mentor physician assistants, ensuring quality standards of care

  • Address the unique needs of underserved populations, including patients without health insurance

  • Coordinate with interdisciplinary team members (nursing, support staff, case managers) to deliver holistic care

  • Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation in compliance with practice policies and regulatory standards

  • Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives and staff meetings

Qualifications

Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.

Active and unrestricted medical license in California (or ability to obtain)

Board Certification/Eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (required)

Minimum 5 years of direct patient care experience across diverse populations (pediatrics through geriatrics)

Previous experience working with underserved populations and patients without health insurance (highly preferred)

Strong supervisory and leadership skills; prior experience overseeing physician assistants is a plus

Excellent communication, cultural competency, and interpersonal skills
