• Full-time, outpatient-only position
• Established, well-known primary care clinic serving Fort Dodge and surrounding communities
• 36 patient contact hours per week
• Flexible scheduling to ensure sufficient patient access
• Fully integrated system with EPIC EMR
• Strong leadership support including Medical Director, Operations Leader, Clinical Leader, Care Management, Care Coordination, Social Work, and Referral Specialists
• Leadership and committee involvement opportunities available Clinical Details
• Average 20‚Äì25 patients per day
• No inpatient responsibilities; 24/7 adult and pediatric hospitalist coverage
• Clinic call shared among providers (currently 1:13 rotation)
• Telephonic call only
• Calls triaged by MyNurse hotline
• Minimal call volume
• General primary care procedures including joint injections, skin excisions, laceration repair, casting, and more
