Job Responsibilities
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
• Conduct annual physicals and preventive health screenings
• Develop long-term care plans for chronic disease management
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests
• Collaborate with specialists and clinical staff for coordinated care
• Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation
Qualifications
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Active California medical license or eligibility
• DEA certification
• Strong commitment to patient-centered, evidence-based care
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
Working Hours
• Monday–Friday clinic hours
