About the Role
Join a progressive clinic integrating functional and traditional medicine to provide patient-focused primary care. MDs/DOs will diagnose, treat, and empower patients while collaborating with a team of clinicians in a balanced, supportive environment.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: Guaranteed with potential to earn $300k+

Job Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations, order/interprete labs and imaging, and manage acute and chronic conditions.
- Develop individualized treatment plans incorporating lifestyle modifications, supplements, hormone therapies, and prescriptions.
- Educate patients on preventive health and functional medicine principles.
- Collaborate with health coaches, nutritionists, mental health providers, and clinic staff.
- Maintain accurate, compliant documentation in the EHR (NextGen).
- Participate in team meetings, quality improvement initiatives, and professional development.
- Support a collaborative, positive clinic culture.
Qualifications
- Board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or relevant specialty.
- 2+ years clinical experience preferred; functional/integrative medicine experience a plus.
- Strong interest in preventive and lifestyle medicine.
- Excellent communication and patient relationship skills.
- Comfortable with EHRs; NextGen experience preferred.
