Baptist Health is seeking a Internal Medicine Physician to join Baptist Primary Care at our South Jacksonville location — one of the fastest-growing areas in Northeast Florida.
This is a full-time outpatient opportunity within a physician-led, hospital-employed network offering strong clinical support and long-term stability.
Position Highlights

Guaranteed base salary starting at $260,000+ (based on experience)

$20,000 signing bonus + Year 2 retention bonus
