An established outpatient practice in Long Island, NY is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Internal Medicine Physician (MD/DO) for part-time or full-time employment. The physician will provide comprehensive adult primary care in a strictly outpatient setting. Job Responsibilities
• Diagnose and manage chronic conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, thyroid disorders, and infectious diseases
• Provide preventive care, health screenings, and wellness counseling
• Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor patient progress
• Coordinate care with subspecialists and healthcare teams
• Manage medication therapy and chronic disease follow-ups
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation
Qualifications
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
• Minimum 3 years of clinical experience preferred
• Active or eligible for New York State medical license
• Strong diagnostic and clinical skills in adult medicine
• Excellent communication and patient-centered care approach
Working Hours
• 40 hours per week (Full-Time)
