Position Highlights:
- Fully integrated support from behavioral health, case management, social services, nursing, and specialty providers
- Spanish-speaking required to meet the needs of the population served
- Mon-Fri schedule with part-time option available for better work–life balance
- $30,000K sign-on bonus
