Center Clinical Medical Director Primary Care Outpatient Cleveland, OH

COMPENSATION: $280-$300k base + Bonus and Partnership

Their model focuses on personalized, respectful, and accessible care that delivers better health outcomes and an exceptional patient experience.

To support continued growth, our client is seeking high-caliber primary care physicians and clinical leaders who are motivated by purpose, professional development, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of patients and communities.

Role:

  • Salary: Base $280,000-$300,000
  • Hours: Monday Friday work schedule; Clinic Hours 7:30a 5:00p (last patient is scheduled at 4:15)
  • Work/Life Balance
  • Small Patient Panel up to 250 patients max
  • Manage PCPs and NPs
  • Patient Population: Seniors with 3-5 chronic diseases

Requirements:

  • Board Certified/Board Eligible in: FM, IM or Geriatric Medicine
  • Education: MD or DO in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or a related specialty.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of clinical experience in a geriatric or family practice setting. Leadership experience preferred
  • Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to travel locally and occasionally regionally.
