A well-established private practice in Hammond, Louisiana, is seeking an Internal Medicine physician for a long-term partnership opportunity. This role offers a balanced outpatient/inpatient model, strong hospital support, and a clear path to ownership.
Highlights:
- $275,000 guaranteed base salary (hospital-backed)
- 4-day clinic workweek
- Outpatient/Inpatient mix (~70/30)
- 20–23 clinic patients/day
- Student loan assistance, relocation, CME, malpractice
- Partnership/buy-in as early as 6 months (owner financing available)
Requirements:
- Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics
- Board Certified or Board Eligible
- Comfortable with inpatient & outpatient care
- Must live within 30 minutes of the hospital
- Long-term commitment (5 years)
