Location: Salem, OR 97301
Duration: 1 year with possible Extension
Job Description:
• Provide primary medical care including physical exams, diagnosis, and treatment
• Manage acute and chronic health conditions
• Review and interpret diagnostic tests (labs, EKGs, X-rays)
• Provide referrals to medical specialists and write patient care orders
• Participate in patient outreach and rotating on-call coverage
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and comply with policies and regulations
• Collaborate with clinical teams and participate in quality and peer review activities
Qualifications:
• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Active or eligible Oregon medical license
• Comfortable working with complex and underserved patient populations
• BLS/CPR certification
