About the Opportunity

A respected regional healthcare organization in western Connecticut is seeking Advanced Practice Providers (Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants) to join its growing Internal Medicine / Family Medicine outpatient practices in Southbury, Naugatuck, and Shelton . These are full-time, direct hire roles supporting busy primary care clinics focused on high-quality, patient-centered care.

The APPs will work closely with supervising physicians and an integrated clinical team, providing comprehensive primary care services including acute visits, chronic disease management, and preventive care for adult patients.

Position Highlights

  • Three full-time employed APP positions (NP or PA) in primary care (IM/FM)
  • Practice locations across Southbury, Naugatuck, and Shelton (site assignment based on candidate interest and practice needs)

Requirements

  • Strong interpersonal skills, team orientation, and commitment to patient-centered primary care
