Primary Care opening with one of the top health systems in Texas only 75 miles to Dallas. This is a wonderful opportunity to work alongside 3 experienced physicians. Newly expanded ER just opened, lab and X-ray onsite and a family-oriented and patient-centered care focus. Comp at $265k-then RVU; also receives shortage area stipend of $1500/mo for 48 months for 60 months. Either a student loan forgiveness OR retention bonus of $25k on first anniversary up until 5 years (total $125k). 100% Outpatient Only. Patient volume: 18-22 patients per day. Replace a retiring physician so be busy quickly in this position. A physician led group with its own board of directors. Competitive first-year guarantee. Malpractice insurance with tail coverage.
