Job Responsibilities
Low panel since they will be providing holistic care.
New patients get 40 min visit, existing patients get 20 min visit
Needs to be comfortable with technology- will need to put their own notes in.
If coming from a fee for services- they may be used to inputting long notes, but at ChenMed theirs are condensed short notes.
Important to talk about where the centers are located- the docs will typically not live in any areas they serve.
Individual needs to be mission/service oriented, needs to connect with the company.
Qualifications
If a candidate needs to transfer to a different state that’s fine but keep in mind there is ~4month timeframe for state licensing approval and still need to hit their timeline goals.
Open to new grads but it would be dependent on the state- Ex: ATL may have a bigger challenge since they only have 1 leader there, FL- great market for new grads.
