Job description

Job description Tucson Medical Center (TMC) is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician to join TMCOne, Tucson’s premier physician group. TMCOne operates multiple primary and specialty care offices across Tucson, from Oro Valley to Vail, and is known for exceptional patient satisfaction and strong support staff.
You’ll practice in a collaborative environment using Epic, the highest-rated EMR system, fully integrated with TMC’s hospital system. TMC is Southern Arizona’s only community-owned hospital with 630 beds, dedicated to state-of-the-art care across a wide range of specialties.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care for adult patients in an outpatient clinic setting.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Maintain accurate documentation in Epic EMR.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and uphold TMCOne’s standards of excellence.

Qualifications

• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Eligible for Arizona medical license.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to patient-centered care and teamwork.
• Residents completing training in 2026 are highly encouraged to apply!
• Residency stipends available for qualified candidates.

Working Hours

• Full-time, 40 hours/week. Day shift, clinic-based schedule

Skills

• Expertise in adult primary care.
• Ability to manage preventive care, acute illness, and chronic conditions.
• Proficiency with EMR systems (Epic experience preferred).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills. Collaborative approach to care delivery.
