Job Title: Internal Medicine – Hematology and Oncology (Full-Time, Permanent)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Hematology and Oncology specialist to join our team in a full-time, permanent capacity. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced provider committed to delivering comprehensive, patient-centered care within a dynamic healthcare environment. The successful candidate will participate in diagnosing, managing, and treating patients with a broad spectrum of hematologic and oncologic conditions, collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans for patients with hematologic and oncologic disorders.
  • Provide ongoing management and monitoring of patient progress, adjusting treatment protocols as needed.
  • Prescribe and oversee chemotherapy, immunotherapy, transfusions, and supportive care measures.
  • Educate patients and families regarding diagnosis, treatment options, and expected outcomes.
  • Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with institutional and regulatory standards.
  • Engage in clinical discussions, multidisciplinary team meetings, and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
  • Participate in clinical research and academic activities as appropriate.

Qualifications:
  • Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
  • Board-certified or board-eligible in Hematology and Oncology.
  • Valid medical license to practice in the state of Oregon.
  • Proven experience in managing hematology and oncology patients.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care.
  • Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
