Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, manage, and treat a wide range of gastrointestinal diseases and disorders, including but not limited to inflammatory bowel disease, liver conditions, and acid-related disorders.
- Perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures such as endoscopies, colonoscopies, and related interventions.
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
- Provide pre- and post-procedure patient education and counseling.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient histories, examinations, and treatment plans.
- Stay current with advancements in gastroenterology through ongoing professional development.
Qualifications:
- Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
- Board Certification or Eligibility in Gastroenterology.
- Valid medical license to practice in the state of Washington.
- Proven clinical expertise in managing complex gastrointestinal cases.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
