- Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution.

- Valid medical license to practice in the state of California.
- Proven clinical expertise in managing hematologic and oncologic disorders.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
