Internal Medicine Opportunity – Outpatient Practice
Location: Clarksville, TN - Nashville 50m
Employment Type: Full-Time, Employed
Position Highlights
* Outpatient-only internal medicine practice
* No inpatient responsibilities

Practice Overview
* Department comprised of 4 board-certified physicians
* Strong experience in population health management and quality metrics
* Emphasis on value-based care models
* Supportive clinical infrastructure allowing focus on patient care
Schedule & Call
* Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
* Average 20–25 patients per day
* Outpatient call approximately 1 week every 14 weeks
* Call runs Monday evening through Sunday afternoon
* Very low call volume, often no calls or no more than two
Compensation & Incentives
* Salary around the 75th percentile of MGMA benchmarks
