A highly awarded health system in southern Connecticut is seeking a full-time board-certified/board-eligible Internal Medicine Physician for an established, multi-provider primary care practice. The incoming physician will step into a well-established panel of patients.
Practice Highlights:
- Team of 6 Providers
- Very light shared call – phone only
- Monday – Friday office hours.
- No weekends
- Recognized NCQA Patient Centered Medical Home
- EPIC EMR
- 290-bed non-profit hospital
