Seeking BE/BC Internists to join a physician-owned and governed multispecialty group in central Washington state.

Position Highlights:
- Robust practice of 11 physicians and four advanced practice providers in progressive out-patient setting
- Four-day work week
- Labs, imaging and specialty care available in the building
- Call 1:11
- Fully staffed Hospitalist teams
- Epic EMR
- Ideal candidate will have concise and compassionate communication skills to educate patients and families
- Group one of 44 organizations identified by the AMA Joy of Medicine program for committed efforts to improve physician satisfaction and reducing burnout
- Visa candidates welcome
Compensation/Benefits Include:
- First-year pay range: $306k to $331k
- Signing Bonus
- Loan repayment
- Matching 401k upon start, life insurance, long term disability insurance
- Relocation expenses covered including packing
- CME allowances
