Position Summary

The organization is seeking a Primary Care Physician (FM or IM) to join its expanding outpatient care team in the Renton area.

This full-time, permanent role is outpatient-focused, with a manageable patient panel and strong clinical support. The physician will work closely with an experienced team of nurses, care coordinators, and APPs in a patient-centered, team-based environment.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care for adult and/or family populations

  • Conduct routine physicals, preventive screenings, and wellness visits

  • Diagnose and manage chronic and acute medical conditions

  • Coordinate care with specialists and ancillary services as needed

  • Utilize evidence-based guidelines and maintain strong patient communication

  • Document efficiently and accurately within the EMR

  • Participate in team meetings, quality initiatives, and population health activities

  • Support a culture of compassion, accessibility, and patient-centered care

Qualifications

  • Education: MD or DO degree from an accredited institution

  • Training: Completion of Family Medicine or Internal Medicine residency

  • Certification: Board Certified or Board Eligible

  • Licensure: Eligible for Washington state medical licensure

  • Experience: All experience levels considered; new graduates welcome

  • Skills: Strong clinical judgment, communication, and commitment to team-based care
