Position Summary
The organization is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Internal Medicine Physician to join its expanding outpatient primary care team in the Renton area.
This full-time, permanent role is fully outpatient, offering a stable schedule, strong administrative support, and the opportunity to build long-term patient relationships. You will work closely with nurses, APPs, care managers, and integrated behavioral health partners.

Essential Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive outpatient care for adult patients
Manage chronic conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, COPD, heart disease
Conduct preventive screenings, wellness exams, and follow-up care
Diagnose and treat acute conditions and coordinate specialty referrals
Maintain accurate documentation within the EMR
Participate in team-based care, quality improvement, and population health initiatives
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams
Qualifications
Education: MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
Training: Completion of an Internal Medicine residency
Certification: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
Licensure: Eligible for Washington state medical license
Experience: All experience levels considered; new graduates welcome
Skills: Strong clinical judgment and patient communication
