The Gateway Clinic location offers comprehensive internal medicine services within a team-based model of care that emphasizes trust, respect, and patient-centered healthcare.

Opportunity:
Physician & Clinician - NP/PA

Job Details:
• Full-time (1.0 FTE) Internal Medicine position at Gateway Clinic • Monday-Friday schedule from 8am-5pm (36 patient contact hours/week) • 100% clinical setting with approximately 16 patients per day • Collaborative practice with a team of 4 Internal Medicine physicians and 1 Nurse Practitioner • Provide care primarily to adult patients across the age spectrum • Focus on both women's and men's healthcare needs • Utilize advanced health assessment, knowledge, and decision-making skills • Work independently and collaboratively with physicians and healthcare team • Emphasize health promotion and disease prevention • Phone call rotation approximately 1:6 (shared with Internal Medicine and Eldercare teams) • No procedures required unless desired by the provider • No outreach responsibilities • Education requirements: Master's or Doctorate degree in Nurse Practitioner program or Bachelor's/Master's degree in Physician Assistant program from an accredited institution • Licensure requirements: Current state licensure as NP or PA, current CPR certification, national certification in applicable area • Must complete credentialing process prior to practice • May be eligible for additional compensation through bonuses, quality incentives, or production-based compensation
