Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and mentor physicians, APPs, and clinical staff.
• Oversee integrated primary care, behavioral health, dental, and MAT services.
• Drive quality improvement and support patient-centered care initiatives.

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Five or more years of experience preferred.
• Passion for community health and underserved populations.
• Leadership experience and familiarity with integrated care or addiction medicine are a plus.
