Position Summary
We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Internal Medicine Physician to join a well-established, hospital-employed primary care clinic located on campus in Lawton, OK.
This is a full-time, outpatient-only position with no hospital call , offering a stable and collaborative work environment ideal for physicians who value continuity of care and work-life balance. You will join a supportive team of experienced physicians and advanced practice providers, backed by dedicated administrative and clinical staff.

Essential Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care for adult patients.
Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
Conduct preventive health exams, wellness visits, and screenings.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated, high-quality care.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR system.
Participate in ongoing quality improvement and patient satisfaction initiatives.
Qualifications
Education: MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
Licensure & Certification: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine; eligible for Oklahoma medical licensure.
Experience: Prior outpatient experience preferred; new graduates welcome to apply.
Skills: Strong communication, diagnostic, and interpersonal abilities with a commitment to patient-centered care.
Compensation & Benefits

Quarterly bonus potential
$30,000 sign-on bonus
$3,000 CME allowance + 5 days of CME leave annually
