This is a fully outpatient role with integrated behavioral health, dental, and case management support, and a schedule structured to let you focus on patients rather than paperwork.

Schedule

Candidate Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Licensed or eligible to practice in California with an active DEA
- EMR proficient and current on CPR certification
