Join an established, value-based practice seeking Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physicians to care for adults 60+. Enjoy Monday Friday hours, no nights or weekends, minimal phone call, and a manageable average of 12 15 patients per day. Both metros offer year-round outdoor recreation, stunning mountain views and vistas.
Above-market compensation $260k-$270k starting salary range. Bonus incentives based on quality metrics, not RVUs or volume. Generous signing bonus and annual retention bonus. No nights, no weekends, minimal phone call. State-of-the-art centers that are newly built. Full benefits and paid malpractice with tail. $320k+ yearly earnings potential.
