Job Title: Physician – Outpatient Primary Care (Infectious & Complex Patient Focus)

Location: Jacksonville, FL

Compensation: Competitive base salary + productivity incentives, sign-on and retention bonuses, full benefits package, and 401(k)

Employment Type: Full-Time, On-Site

About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and patient-focused physician to join our outpatient clinic, providing primary care to patients with complex infectious and immune-compromised conditions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in outpatient medicine and a desire to make a meaningful impact on the health and well-being of underserved populations. Infectious disease specialists are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality primary care services to patients with complex infectious and immune-related conditions

  • Manage a patient panel of 14–18 patients per day in a supportive outpatient environment

  • Collaborate with care coordinators, nursing staff, and other providers to optimize patient outcomes

  • Complete accurate documentation and maintain compliance with all clinical and regulatory requirements

  • Obtain AAHIVM Certification within 18 months of hire

  • Provide supervision and guidance to mid-level providers as needed

  • Participate in patient retention and care continuity initiatives

  • Maintain current CPR/BLS certification

Qualifications:

  • MD or DO with an active, state-specific medical license

  • Valid DEA & Furnishing license

  • Outpatient primary care experience, ideally with exposure to patients with infectious or immune-compromised conditions

  • Strong clinical judgment and ability to manage a high-volume outpatient schedule

  • Infectious disease training or experience is a plus

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and collaborative skills
