Seeking Independent Physicians & Nurse Practitioners – Long Island, NY
We’re currently looking for independent Physicians and Nurse Practitioners to join a rapidly growing private practice in Long Island. The group is open to both primary care providers and specialists, and places a strong emphasis on hiring local practitioners—particularly those with an established patient following.
They are especially interested in providers who may be retiring from private practice or looking to transition into a more flexible, supportive setting. We are not able to accept Visa candidates.
Candidate Requirements:
- Strong clinical experience required
- Not considering new graduates or current fellows
Compensation & Work-Life Balance:
- Compensation: 25-30% of gross revenue, offering strong earning potential tied to performance and patient volume
- Flexible Scheduling: Physicians can set their own hours and choose their preferred office locations
