Position Highlights:

• Concierge Style Care
• Outpatient primary care with a 400-patient panel maximum
• Plenty of time with patients, value based care vs RVU production based care
• 10,000 sq. ft. modern center equipped with labs, EKG, and echocardiograms
• Comprehensive care team including nurses, MAs, case managers, social workers, and outreach specialists
• Athena EMR built for value-based care
• Ongoing training and support in population health and value-based medicine

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive Base salary
• First Year Earnings (Salary plus bonuses/incentives) = $315k - $335k
  
• Sign-on bonus
• 25 PTO days, 5 CME days, 9 holidays (2 floating)

• Malpractice coverage: $1M/$3M with tail included
