**Facility:**
This physician-led, professionally managed clinic is attached to a 25-bed Critical Access Hospital with transitional care services. The facility features modern amenities, including Epic electronic medical records, full-service laboratory, comprehensive radiology services (including 3D Mammography, MRI, CT), and an on-site retail pharmacy with medication management services.
**Opportunity: Internal Medicine - Physician**
A clinic-based Internal Medicine position with optional hospitalist shifts available for those interested in hospital work. Join a collaborative team of 8 physicians and 8 advanced practice providers in a supportive environment designed to promote work-life balance.
**Job Details:**
* Physician-led, professionally managed organization
* Clinic-only practice with optional hospitalist shifts
* Flexible and adjustable hours supporting work-life balance
* Friendly team environment with 8 physicians and 8 APPs
* Shared call 1:8 (possibly 1:9) with low call volume (1-3 calls/night)
* Average patient load of 16 patients per day
* 24-hour Nurse Care line and RN nurse triage office support
* Epic electronic medical records system
* Multi-specialty clinic offering comprehensive services including Family Medicine, Cardiology, Gastroenterology, Mental Health, and many other specialties
* Minimum 6 weeks of time off per year
* Complex cases can be transferred to a 330-bed facility just 7 miles away
* Board Certification/Board Eligibility in Internal Medicine required
