Job Highlights:
Outpatient – Only primary care (family or internal medicine)
Monday to Friday, 8-5 schedule – no call no weekends
Support from dedicated MA, RN, and team of 9+ MAs/LVNs
See 25 patients per day, moderate to high complexity

What We’re Looking For:
MD or DO (BC or BE in FP or IM)
Open to new grads and experienced physicians alike
Willingness to see all ages if Family Medicine (IM’s can forgo pediatric patients)
Strong team spirit and comfort with rural practice

Compensation & Perks:
Total comp over $500k for high producers
Retention Bonus: $60,000+ over 3 years
Loan Repayment: Site qualifies for NHSC loan repayment (HPSA 16)
Temporary Housing: 3-6 months of housing provided
