Practice Snapshot

Candidate Qualifications
- Required:
- MD or DO
- BC/BE in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Comfort working in a rural setting and independently
- Community-focused with growth mindset
- Preferred:
- Sports Medicine fellowship
- Interest in building new service lines
- New grads and residents welcome
Compensation & Perks
- Base Salary: $275,000–$295,000
- Incentives: Retroactive and proactive productivity bonuses
